Delivery is FREE for all orders over £40.

For orders under £40, it will cost just £2.95 to have your order delivered directly to your door.  If you prefer to have the items delivered to you at work, or to a neighbour, just let us know when you place your order.

We aim to deliver within two working days of you placing an order.  A signature is usually required upon delivery – this is essential if medicines are within the order.  Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is both safe and suitable for our delivery to be made.  Repeat delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery charge.

In the case of an item being temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to see if you would like to wait a little longer or to cancel the order.  Don’t worry, no monies are billed to your account until we have confirmed that the order will be dispatched.

For heavy orders (over 5kg) we will have to add an additional delivery charge which will vary according to the size and weight of the item.  We will contact you prior to billing and dispatch to see if you wish to proceed.

Orders being dispatched to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands & Highlands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer to reach you but will not cost you any more.

International Orders

Please note that currently we are unable to deliver orders to destinations outside the United Kingdom.  However, if you have a specific request that you would like us to help you with, feel free to e-mail us at sales@pills2u.co.uk with your enquiry and we will do our very best to help.

Please note that FREEPOST is considered second-class by the Royal Mail and can take 2 or 3 days to reach us.  For a faster delivery send us your prescription by first-class post (apply a first-class stamp) and we will gladly deduct the cost of this from your bill.

Please be assured that your requests will be acted upon with discretion and that your credit card will not be debited until such time as your order is dispatched.
